Redfish Before & After!

In the coming months, some days I will catch and release about 4-5 of these big fish a day right off the beach! If you are a catch and release only person: People eat fish, deal with it!

Those that say Big Redfish are not good to eat:

1-Never had one

2-Prepared it wrong

3-Wasted an awsome animal

To prepare these Big Redfish for the Barbeque Pit:

You cut the tail through the spinal cord and bleed it, removing the blood makes it taste better.

Then do the autopsy:

This cannibal Murdered Other Fish, Clams, Shrimp, and a half dozen Crabs!

Cut one Big Filet In Half! Pour a bottle of Italian dressing over the meat and sprinkle with salt and (white, black,or red) pepper. Cook from One Side Only on low heat with the Scales Side on the Grill!

Light, White, Moist, Seasoned, Melt in Your Mouth Delicious Red Fish!
