Press Releases - New Invention Information

I'm an electronics tech'n [35 years ] 3 years
ago
I had an idea for a new audio product, I spent just 3 weeks
designing it
including parts list, sample instructions and step by step
operation. 3
companies evalusted it [ Europe, Australia - PIES and USA ] all
came
back with winning report. I put it under provisional patent [
hidden]
and searched and searched for 3 years now and nothing like it
exists. I
do know this 1. Estimated unit dollar value per year based on
1993 world
turnover 56 BILLION DOLLARS..that is not a joke!, e-mailed SONY -
no
reply, gave everything to 3 manufacturers under confidentiality
contract
- a sure winner but no takers, too big, not in cost but in scope.
Parts
avail off-sheff for years, will kill 3 or 4 other products
o'nite... it
marries them together with special circuitry. Big companies would
love
to see this NOT go on the market because they could kiss good-by
to 3
other products, no wonder no one wants to know me. I don't want
to be
stinking rich, just enough to retire gracefully .. I want this
product
out but need some investor with GUTS to put a prototype together
[ about
2 weeks no joke prabably a few days from an electronics engineer
] case
design is identicle to Walkman [ It IS a walkman that does what
no other
portable ent unit does ]
min retooling.. appeal generates its own sales. Min production
costs,
low retail price [ about %10 above Walkman ]
Thats it.. Who wants to turnover a few BILLION a year in world
sales
??????.
Heard it all before ?.. they said Lindeman was nuts for putting
wine in
a square cardboard box.. and I AM Australian.

Brief description: I have invented a childproof electronic device cover that really works. I designed it for use with videocassette recorders and stereo components. This cover was designed to prevent children from inserting objects into the device and to prevent damage of the external controls.
Category: Home Electronics
Desired Result: I am
seeking potential Licensor's interested in the manufacturing,
marketing and distributing of my invention.
In-Line Skate, Patent # 5,524,913

To whom this may concern,
My name is Roger Kulbeck and on June 11, 1996, I received a
patent for a
new style of in-line skates. These skates have pnematic tires
that are
followed by adjustable scrapers. I am looking for someone who may
be
interested in purchasing or licensing my patent.
In-Line Skates:
My skates have been designed with a pneumatic tire to allow the
skate to
traverse rough terrain (gravel roads, hiking paths, logging
roads, ski
runs, etc.). The pnematic tire also allows the skater to adjust
the
tire pressure accordingly to the terrain (more air for street
skating
and less air for off-road skating). My skate also incorporates an
adjustable scraper behind each wheel. The scraper is used to
keep:
rocks, sticks, and mud from being wedged between the tire and the
frame. The scraper also acts as a cross member that makes the
skate
frame very rugged. The adjustable scrapers keep the skate
versatile so
the skater can use various tire sizes.
Marketing:
I see my skate design as an all purpose skate that could be
applied to
almost any skating environment (street, hockey, freestyle,
off-road)
with a change of the tire pressure or if needed the tires. The
pneumatic tire market could also become very profitable with the
need
for various tire sizes, compounds and tread designs.
Conclusion:
I feel that my skate design could be very profitable for someone
who may
be interested in taking a new approach to in-line skating. This
design
could open up many new avenues that have not been explored and
keep the
in-line skating market very profitable for years to come. Please
feel
free to call me at any time if you would like to purchase or
license my
patent. I would like to thank you for taking the time to read
about my
idea.
